Barring Nifty Auto index, all the sectoral indices were trading in the green.
Share Market News Today | Sensex, Nifty, Share Prices LIVE: Domestic equity market benchmarks BSE Sensex and Nifty were trading lower on Wednesday, on the back of weak global cues. BSE Sensex was hovering around 52,500, while Nifty 50 index gave up 15,700. Power Grid Corporation of India, Titan Company, Dr Reddy’s Lab, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, RIL, Axis Bank were among top Sensex laggards. ONGC, Mahindra & Mahindra, Sun Pharma, Bajaj Finserv, HUL, Kotak Mahindra Bank were top Sensex gainers. Barring Nifty Auto index, all the sectoral indices were trading in the green. Nifty Bank index was up 0.11 per cent and Nifty PSU Bank index was up over half a per cent.
Another two IPOs — Dodla Dairy and Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) — have opened for subscription on Wednesday. Ahead of IPO, Dodla Dairy allotted 36.46 lakh equity shares to 18 anchor investors and raised Rs 156.05 crore at the upper price band of Rs 428 per share. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS Hospitals) raised Rs 955.68 crore from 43 anchor investors on June 15.
