Under terms of of the PSP, JetBlue said it issued to the U.S. Treasury warrants to buy 316,583 shares of JetBlue common stock, at an exercise price of $14.43. The air carrier’s stock, which fell 1.4% in premarket trading, has rallied 17.5% over the past three months through Thursday, while the U.S. Global Jets ETF
