Facebook is slowly reopening offices in May, including headquarters

plans on reopening its corporate headquarters in Menlo Park, Calif., on May 10 at 10% capacity if health data continues to improve, the company said Friday. The social-media giant has also scheduled to open its Fremont, Calif., offices on May 17; Sunnyvale, Calif., on May 24; and downtown San Francisco on June 7. A company spokeswoman told MarketWatch Facebook will likely to open its largest sites at 50% capacity after Sept. 7. Facebook has said it expects half of its employees to work from home by 2030. In recent weeks, Google parent Alphabet Inc.

and others have announced the gradual return of employees to corporate offices. The San Francisco Chronicle first reported the return of Facebook employees to work.
