Biden blasts Georgia voting law: ‘It’s an atrocity’

President Joe Biden on Friday blasted a new Georgia law that features restrictions on voting. “It’s an atrocity,” he told reporters. “They passed a law saying you can’t provide water to people standing in line while they’re waiting to vote? You don’t need anything else to know that this is nothing but punitive, designed to keep people from voting.” Biden on Friday also criticized the law in a statement released by the White House, saying it’s “a blatant attack on the Constitution and good conscience.”
